Methodology

Start with our brand roadmap.

You know you have a good product, service and people. But let’s face it: so does everyone else (at least, they say they do).

Our brand roadmap process helps you avoid sounding and looking the same as everyone else in your industry. It’s a process that was borne from our years of experience in working with, creating, implementing, maintaining and evolving powerful brands.

Here are some of the benefits you’ll get:

Our methodology is completely scalable.

If you’re at the point where you’re getting quotations, you’ve probably noticed that a professional branding project can range anywhere from $50,000 to $250,000+. How do you know what you’re getting for that? With our roadmap, we work with you to determine what insights you already have, what insights you need, what resources you can provide and what resources you need from us. We spell out the specific deliverables in phases, so you know exactly what you’re getting and when. Simple, straightforward and transparent.

Our process helps you keep all stakeholders on track.

Let’s face it, the bigger your organization, the harder it is to keep everyone happy. While we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to please everyone (hey, we aren’t miracle workers!), we can say with confidence that our process will give you the tools you need to keep everyone informed about the agreed-to criteria and goals of the branding project, even in an environment that’s full of numerous stakeholders with sometimes-conflicting agendas.

The roadmap will give you a true brand positioning.

Not your market position, or some vague notion of how you’re in the business of providing “customer-centric, innovative solutions.” We mean a true position that differentiates you from your competitors and will serve you for the long term. First stop on the journey: If you haven’t already read it, we recommend you begin with Al Ries and Jack Trout’s classic, Positioning: The Battle for Your Mind. It’s as relevant today as it was when it was first published more than 30 years ago. And it’s short. You could probably get through it in a two-hour flight.
